A few decades ago, Cuba cut off all interaction with the U.S. Although this happened, Cuban citizens are familiar with U.S. brands. As President Obama tries to better public affairs with Cuba, U.S. commercial businesses will be going into uncharted territory. Many businesses believe that they will not be successful in Cuba because for decades billboards and advertising platforms have been promoting politics rather than commercial businesses like the U.S. does.
